わたしたちが目指していること

メトロは、マッチングアプリやパパ活アプリで知り合った相手とのトラブルに悩む方が、ひとりで抱え込まずに次の一歩を選べるようにするための情報サイトです。
唯一の正解を示すのではなく、お金・法律・身の安全・事実の調査といったいくつもの角度から、考え方と相談先を整理してご紹介しています。

記事づくりで大切にしていること

相談窓口の情報は、古くなったり、実際と違って伝わったりすると、困っている方の判断を誤らせます。メトロでは、紹介する窓口の公式サイトで確認できた内容をもとに記事をつくり、確認できなかったことは書かない、という姿勢を軸にしています。窓口の特徴や費用も、公式サイトの記載に沿ってお伝えします。

また、「必ず解決します」「お金が戻ります」といった結果の約束はしません。費用がかかる相談先については、かかることを明記します。トラブルに遭った方を責めたり、決めつけたりする書き方も避けています。

どのような相談先を紹介しているか

紹介する相談先は、消費生活のトラブルの窓口、弁護士会の法律相談、警察の相談窓口といった公的な窓口と、調査を有料で請け負う民間の探偵社です。役割と費用が異なるため、記事の中では区別して書いています。紹介している窓口は、メトロ編集部とは関係のない、それぞれ独立した機関・団体・事業者です。

What We’re Here For

metro is an information site for people who are troubled by someone they met on a dating or “papakatsu” app, and who want to take a next step without carrying it alone. Rather than handing you a single right answer, we look at the situation from several angles — money, the law, personal safety, and fact-finding — and lay out ways to think about it and places to ask for help.

How We Write

Outdated or inaccurate information about support services can lead someone to the wrong decision. We write from what we could confirm on each organization’s official website, and we leave out what we could not confirm. Fees and features are described as the official site describes them.

We do not promise outcomes such as “this will be resolved” or “your money will come back.” Where a service costs money, we say so. We also avoid wording that blames or judges the person who has been affected.

Who We Introduce

The services we introduce include public consultation points — consumer affairs centers, bar association legal consultations, and police consultation services — as well as private detective agencies that carry out investigations for a fee. Because their roles and costs differ, we describe them separately. Every organization we introduce is independent of the metro editorial team.
